In the mud client I used to swear by before I made the switch to Macs there was a feature called chat, zmud as well as Mud-master2000 feature it on windows and MCL on linux. It's basicaly a direct client to client chat and I think it would do great in Savitar :)

God, yes. I miss chat.
 I could use a linux client that has it, MCL or even tintin, but I really really like Savitar for absolutely everything else. But I miss chat.
