Hello, I'm new to Savitar...

In my never ending search for a solid, developing OS X Mud Client, I've made it to this point smile.gif Hopefully, Eureka! smile.gif

Anyway, I don't know if this is possible, but I'd like to be able to type an alias, for example, "smile3" (e. g. smile, smile, smile if it's so defined), and just press enter, and have it sent to the Mud.

However, right now, I type smile3, then press return, I get three smiles put into the command window. I have to push RETURN AGAIN to have it sent to the mud. Now, I could see where this is convenient if I want to edit the macros as I play, but I normally wouldn't want to do this. I'd just like to type:

smile3
return

And, have the action occur.

Not, what I currently get:
smile3
return
return

then the actions occurs. smile.gif

I hope this makes sense smile.gif

Thanks,
Zarathustra

I don't know what mud you play, but on my mud (Alter Aeon), ; means a carriage return.

To evoke multiple commands from one trigger (which I have many MANY of), you would just set a trigger for 'smile3' like you said, and have the reply be:

smile;smile;smile

You'd also have to set the trigger to be 'input'.
