Introduction

Welcome to the Savitar™ version 1.5 client! We at Heynow Software are thrilled to be releasing another version of Savitar to the Mac online gaming community.

What's new in version 1.5.3:

- Re-introduced support for G3 PowerPCs running OSX 10.4 or later.

What's new in version 1.5.2:

- Fixed bug where input triggers would echo back the triggered text with the triggered reply. (Thanks to Benjamin Loy for reporting this)

What's new in version 1.5.1:

- Fixed a bug where certain bad regex expressions in triggers were causing a crash.
- Removed support for OS X versions prior to 10.4.8.


Supported Platforms

Savitar 1.5 runs on Intel Macs and PowerMac (PPC) G3s, G4s, and G5s running Mac OS X 10.4.11 (Tiger) or later.

If you are on an earlier PowerPC based Mac or running an earlier version of Mac OS X, or Mac OS 9, please take a look at Savitar version 1.4 or 1.3. If you are running on a 68K-based Macintosh running Mac OS 9, Savitar version 1.1 is for you.

Go to Savitar's website at http://www.heynow.com/Savitar/ and learn more about the application. There, you'll find an online help manual and a user conference area.

For Existing Savitar Users:

Upgrade to Savitar 1.5 for registered users from prior versions of Savitar is absolutely free of charge. Thank you for your continued interest in Savitar!

Savitar settings and world documents modified and created with earliers releases of Savitar are backwards compatible with version 1.5, so you should be able to move forward to 1.5 without incident.
