What's New in Version 1.2.4?

Introduction

Savitar™ 1.2.4 will run on PowerMacs running Mac OS 8.6, 9.x, and Mac OS X 10.0.4, 10.1.x, and 10.2.x.

Mac OS 8.6 and Mac OS 9.x users will need to ensure that they have installed CarbonLib 1.6 or later. You can download CarbonLib 1.6 from Apple's website here.

Mac OS X users will find Savitar runs great "right out of the box."

For the New User

Go to Savitar's website at http://www.heynow.com/Savitar/ and learn more about the application. There, you'll find an online help manual and a user conference area. You can also email me, Jay, at the email address given above. Please check Savitar's manual before contacting me or users on the conference board.

For Existing Savitar Users

Upgrade for registered users of Savitar 1.1.4 to 1.2.4 is free. You simply start using Savitar.

Settings and world documents modified and created by 1.2.4 are backwards compatible with shipping 1.1.4, so you should be able to move back and forth between 1.1.4 and 1.2.4 without incident.

you issued "stick around", hitting subsequent return keys will resend the command each

commands" are off.

- Fixed bug where ANSI reverse (ANSI code 7) wasn't drawing background color

- Added support for ANSI no-underline (24), no-reverse (27), and background colors (40..47)
